Ingredients
  • 1 red apple, peeled, small dice
  • ¼ cup minced scallion
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons passion fruit juice
  • pinch of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Method
  • Dice apple and immediately add passion fruit juice; mince scallion and cilantro.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl to create a Salsa style side or sauce.
  • Optional: Add 1/2 teaspoon honey.
