Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¾ cups minced parsley
  • ¾ cup minced cilantro
  • 30 basil leaves or 15 culantro (spiny or long leaf coriander) leaves
  • 1/3 cup minced green onions, green and white parts (3 scallions)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup thick yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Method
  • Process garlic, parsley, cilantro, cilantro, culantro (spiny or long leaf cilantro), Green onions, vinegar, salt and pepper to a fine mince, about 2 minutes. Remove from processor and transfer to a bowl.
  • Mix with Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan), drizzle with oil and serve.
  • If you desire to process all ingredients and it becomes a bit runny, place processed greens over a paper filter and drain for 10 min.Then continue with yogurt.
