Ingredients
1/3 cup cashews, unsalted, roasted
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala (pg. 67)
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dark sesame oil

1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 teaspoon cardamom
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon, or 1 cinnamon stick
Method
Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes or until cashews are totally ground. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
