Ingredients
  • ½ cup flour (GF flour)
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon chopped berries
  • Whole Wheat Grape Nuts Pancakes
Method
  • Place flour, oatmeal, cranberries, grape nuts, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix with a fork.
  • Place egg white, milk and vanilla in another bowl and mix.
  • Pour liquids over solids and mix.
  • Cook on an oil sprayed sauté pan or panini type grill over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with cheese and berries.
