Ingredients
  • 2 small pita bread, sliced (2 1/2 inch
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt spread two herbs
  • 6 ounces roasted veggies (onions, pimentos, mushrooms and eggplants)
  • 2 ounces feta cheese shredded
  • * Yogurt Spread Two Herbs, 2 servings - 1 tablespoon each
  • 2 tablespoon low - fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon diced cilantro
  • pinch of salt and pepper
Method
  • Mix roasted veggies and Two Herbs Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan) Spread. Divide onto two pita halves, sprinkle cheese, cover with pita. Serve cold or warm.
