Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken meat
  • 1 rosemary spring
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk or yogurt
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg
Method
  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a processor and process until a ball forms. Remove from processor bowl and divide in two. Make two or four round balls, flatten to your desired thickness. Refrigerate the patties until ready to cook or freeze if not cooking them the same day.
