Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, toasted
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast meat
  • ¾ teaspoon Madras or Mild curry
  • 1/2 cup spicy pepper jelly
  • ¾ teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 oz goats cheese
Method
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process 15 seconds
